All spaces can generally be up-fitted to meet the specific needs of the tenant. Up-fitting costs are amortized over the initial term
of the lease (typically 3-5 years) and added to the monthly lease payment.
Standard full-service lease rates run from $12.50 to $14.00 per square foot per year. A 12% CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charge is added.
All tenants receive the use of the building conference room capable of seating up to 16 people at no additional charge.
