This is a wonderful property and we at AVL Properties are very excited about the continued opportunities that lay ahead. In the past months we have completed a vast array of aesthetic improvements, upgrades and repairs to all areas of the property. These improvements have returned the International Center to a position of prominence in downtown Spartanburg. It is an honor and a responsibility to own the International Center.
